- Strong development skills and understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and product construction and fit
- Leadership skills: experience in managing design/technical design staff to develop quality products
- Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy
- Proficiency in Design software, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to vendors, customers, clients, and other employees
- Ability to communicate technical information via tech packs and email
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Exceptional organization skills required

The Salary Range for this position at Mechanix Wear, LLC is $90,000 - $125,000k Annual (USD). Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to market demands, experience, training, skills, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, wellness benefits, education reimbursement program, and Vacation time.
