🚨 WE ARE HIRING – MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (FITTER)
📍 Location: Hoshiarpur, Ludhiana
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years
🏭 Industry: Paint Manufacturing / Paint Shop
👨🔧 Position: Senior Technician – Fitte
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment.
Inspect, dismantle, repair, and assemble mechanical components.
Handle fitting, alignment, installation, and replacement of machine parts.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Identify mechanical faults and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other industrial machinery.
Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
Knowledge of tools, bearings, shafts, couplings, and gearboxes.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
Good problem-solving skills and a safety-focused approach.
Eligibility Criteria
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a paint shop or manufacturing industry.
Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance will be preferred.
