Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Mechanical Technician. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, conducting preventive measures to ensure equipment longevity and reliability, and diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of maintenance schedules and repairs, and ensuring safety standards and compliance are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and effectively diagnosing mechanical issues.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair processes and general mechanical maintenance.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of standard safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in mechanical maintenance roles will be considered an advantage.
