Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Technical Trainer to join our team in Indore. This on-site role involves developing and delivering technical training programs for employees, ensuring they have the requisite knowledge and skills to operate equipment and adhere to industry standards. Daily responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing employee performance, and refining training programs based on organizational needs. The role also requires clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a well-rounded training process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in Training & Development
- Strong expertise in Technical Training and designing effective training programs
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to various audiences
- Familiarity with engineering tools, methods, and equipment related to pre-engineered steel buildings is an advantage
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred
- Previous experience in training employees in the manufacturing or construction sectors is a plus
