Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Mechanical Supervisor. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including supervising teams, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing maintenance activities, and conducting equipment inspections. The individual will ensure optimal machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold operational efficiency by implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination and workflow management
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance and general Maintenance tasks
- Expertise in Maintenance Management and operational workflow optimization
- Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring equipment functionality
- Understanding of mechanical systems and safety protocols
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in heavy machinery or industrial equipment is an advantage
