Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Mechanical Site Engineer based in multiple locations in Telangana. The Mechanical Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-ground activities, supervising construction and installation processes, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, and collaborating with civil and structural engineers. Responsibilities also include problem-solving, resource management, inspecting project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols at the site.
Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in on-site supervision and project management.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or railway projects is an advantage.
- Must commute to the site for 3 days a week and on other days to the branch office.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Understanding of Structural and Civil Engineering principles, with an ability to work alongside Civil Engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and industry codes.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
