Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team on-site at our Indore location. The role involves performing daily troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of machinery, providing technical support, and ensuring operational efficiency for snack food processing equipment. The engineer will conduct field service visits to address technical issues and deliver optimal performance solutions for our clients. Communication with clients and team members to identify and resolve technical challenges will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical and technical issues
• Experience in providing on-site field service and support
• Effective communication skills for building strong client relationships and collaboration
• Expertise in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for fieldwork
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the food processing or equipment industry is a plus.
• 2-4 or more years’ experience as a Mechanical Service Engineer.
• Travel: Those who are accustomed to extensive travelling both India & abroad should apply only.
• Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform mechanical work, including installation and commissioning of equipment, must have basic understanding of an electrical & instrumentation side also.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems independently.
• Salary: Based on performance.
• People working in the vicinity & Indore may be preferred.
