Role Description
The Mechanical Service Engineer will play an integral role in providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of power press machines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, performing on-site maintenance and repairs, and conducting field service visits to client locations. The role also encompasses ensuring the adherence to quality and safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, and requires hands-on interaction with clients and machines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
- Field Service experience and ability to travel to client sites as required
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Effective Communication skills for customer interaction and technical guidance
- Knowledge of Technical Support procedures and processes
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to excellence, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction
