Job details:
- Responsible for client billing and commercial activities, including preparation, verification, and submission of running account (RA) bills
- Ensure accurate measurement, documentation, and certification of executed work in coordination with site and client representatives
- Track billing milestones, follow up for approvals, and ensure timely invoicing and payment realization
- Maintain billing records, reconcile quantities, and support claim management and variation orders
- Additionally support project planning and controls on a limited basis
- Assist in schedule updates, progress tracking, and preparation of basic MIS reports and S-curves
- Coordinate with planning team for data inputs related to progress, resources, and execution status
- Interface with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth commercial and planning coordination across the project lifecycle
