Role Description
As a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the mechanical maintenance operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring the reliability of mechanical systems, supervising inspection processes, and implementing advanced maintenance techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and safety in line with organizational standards. This is an on-site role based in Bellary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering to oversee and improve system performance
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for technical drawing and design purposes
- Strong skills in Inspection and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of Automotive systems and components relevant to industrial operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in developing cost-effective maintenance strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in a senior maintenance management position, preferably in heavy industries
- Commitment to safety regulations and an understanding of sustainable maintenance practices
