Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer located in Khandala. The role involves maintaining the operational efficiency of ball mills and utility systems by performing routine mechanical maintenance and preventive measures. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, ensuring smooth equipment functioning, planning maintenance schedules, and providing technical support to reduce downtime and enhance overall operational performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering to ensure efficient operations and industry compliance.
- Experience in Mechanical Maintenance, including hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, particularly ball mills and utility equipment.
- Thorough understanding of Preventive Maintenance practices and Maintenance & Repair techniques to minimize downtime and improve machine longevity.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to industrial and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction environment and hands-on knowledge of ball mills is an advantage.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
