We have three openings for Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join our plant operations team. If you have hands-on experience in heavy process industries and a solid background in equipment maintenance, we'd be glad to hear from you.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–8 Years (Heavy Process Industries Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Handling rotating equipment, crushers, dust collectors, screeners, conveyors, and process machinery
• Monitoring MTBF & MTTR and improving equipment reliability
• Conducting breakdown analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Managing maintenance KPIs such as availability, downtime, and cost control
• SAP PM module usage for maintenance planning and reporting
• Shutdown planning and coordination with production teams
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance
• Experience in cement, mining, chemical, power, or similar industries
• Sound decision-making and analytical skills
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices
