Role Description
This is a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role based on-site at our facility in Raipur. The role involves overseeing and performing mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment. Responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions, and ensuring reliable operation of machinery. The engineer will also collaborate with the operations team to recommend improvements, optimize machine performance, and ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
- Expertise in Mechanical Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site industrial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience within the manufacturing or steel production industry is an advantage
- Commitment to safety standards and environmental sustainability
