Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer located in Jamnagar. The role involves overseeing mechanical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and implementing maintenance improvement strategies. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations and minimize downtime, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes
- Experience in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Strong expertise in Mechanical Maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze and solve technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance related to industrial maintenance
- Relevant certifications or experience in industrial environments is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
