Role Overview
Hiring a Mechanical Engineer to assist in valuation of industrial assets including machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and asset verification
- Evaluate machinery condition, age, and performance
- Assist in plant & machinery valuation reports
- Analyze technical specs, depreciation, and lifecycle
- Coordinate with clients, banks, auditors
Must-Have
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
- Experience in plant / machinery / maintenance / industrial projects
- Basic understanding of equipment lifecycle / costing
- Comfortable with site inspections/travel
Good to Have
- Exposure to asset valuation / insurance / audit / inspection
- Knowledge of cost or market valuation methods
