Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Intern

We are looking for passionate Mechanical Engineering Interns who are eager to learn,
contribute to real-world engineering projects, and gain hands-on experience in mechanical
design and development.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in 3D modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorks.
● Support the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
● Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and documentation.
● Work with engineering teams on design improvements and problem-solving.
● Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
● Assist in material selection and manufacturing process evaluation.
● Ensure designs meet precision, tolerance, and quality standards required for critical applications.
Required Technical Skills
● Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings.
● Basic understanding of mechanical design principles.
● Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.
● Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, and casting.
● Ability to perform basic mechanical calculations and analysis.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
● Strong analytical thinking for design improvements.
● Ability to identify design issues and propose practical solutions.
● High attention to detail and precision, especially important in defence and critical engineering applications.
Learning & Adaptability
● Quick learner of new tools, technologies, and engineering standards.
● Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electronics, manufacturing, and testing.
Professional Skills
● Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
● Good documentation and reporting skills.
● Effective time management and task prioritization.
Preferred (Good to Have) Skills
● Basic knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
● Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concepts.
● Understanding of quality standards and safety practices.
