Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering to support project execution, operational coordination, and documentation under the guidance of the Project Manager. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn project coordination and engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project activities.
· Support project planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting.
· Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for project-related activities.
· Prepare and maintain project records, MOMs, and technical documentation.
· Draft professional emails and follow up on project deliverables.
· Support site and operational activities as required.
· Learn project management processes and engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (2025 or 2026 pass-out).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, including P&IDs, Isometric (ISO), and Structural Drawings, is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn project management and marine engineering operations.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
