Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer based in Indore. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and machines, utilizing CAD tools and innovative design methodologies. The role involves research and development of new solutions, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring optimal machine performance while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering with expertise in Machine Design
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and tools
- Experience in Project Management, including planning and execution
- Ability to conduct Research and Development (R&D) for creating innovative solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is a plus
