Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Rudrapur. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing machinery and components, conducting research and development to enhance performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Duties include creating technical drawings using CAD software, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are adhered to during production processes. The role requires hands-on collaboration with the production team to deliver innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and expertise in Machine Design
- Skill in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed technical drawings
- Experience in Project Management for coordinating timelines and ensuring deliverables
- Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation in product and process improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in Pharma, Food, or Cosmetics industries, is a plus
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and international standards is highly desirable
