We’re Hiring for Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Graduates
Operational Excellence | Manufacturing Improvement | Real Impact
At Lean On Us, we work with leadership teams to improve manufacturing operations and build high-performance production systems.
We are looking for Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about improving processes, analysing operations, and driving measurable improvements on the shop floor.
This is not a desk job.
This is a hands-on improvement role inside real factories.
The Role
You will work with experienced consultants and client teams to:
• Study manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support Value Stream Mapping and process analysis
• Collect and analyse operational data from the shop floor
• Assist in implementing Lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and Visual Management
• Support productivity, quality, and lead-time improvement initiatives
Your work will contribute directly to better productivity, smoother operations, and reduced waste.
