We Are Hiring: Mechanical Engineer / Executive

We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer / Executive who is driven by manufacturing excellence, machine reliability, and continuous improvement culture.
Position Details
Role: Mechanical Engineer / Executive
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Production
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day mechanical maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment
- Ensure high machine uptime through effective preventive & predictive maintenance systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of production lines
- Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices on shop floor
- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams for smooth workflow
- Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO guidelines, and plant regulations
- Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing/production environment (electrical/component industry preferred)
- Good understanding of maintenance strategies (PM / CM / CBM)
- Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in shift-based and fast-paced production environment
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Strong RCA (Root Cause Analysis) capability
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in capacitor, electrical, or industrial manufacturing industry
- Exposure to high-volume production environments
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on continuous improvement and reliability
