Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Engineer, based in Kanchipuram. The role involves designing and analyzing mechanical systems, developing machine designs, participating in research and development activities, and managing engineering projects. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, ensure design accuracy, and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles, including system analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects as part of cross-functional teams, supported by solid Project Management capabilities.
- Competence in Research and Development (R&D), with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicable industry standards and safety regulations is advantageous.
