Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located at the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves designing and optimizing mechanical systems and equipment, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) tools, and contributing to the development and implementation of new systems and machinery. Additionally, the responsibilities include conducting research and development (R&D), providing technical support for projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practical applications
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Capabilities in Research and Development (R&D) for improving and innovating mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant industry experience in electrical and automation engineering systems is a plus
