Swiftly address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing breakdowns.Equipment Upkeep: Maintain highly specialized distillery assets, including milling/mash equipment, fermenters, distillation columns, reboilers, and condensers.Utility Management: Oversee the continuous operation of supporting utilities like boilers, chilling systems, Water Treatment plants (RO), air compressors, and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, specifically handling volatile alcohol and hazardous waste safely.Documentation & Spares: Maintain maintenance logs, track Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and manage engineering spare parts inventory.Essential Skills & QualificationsTechnical Knowledge: Strong foundation in industrial mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation principles.Distillery Specifics: Hands-on knowledge of process control, pumping systems (centrifugal/positive displacement), and piping layouts.Qualifications: Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Equipment Downtime: Percentage reduction in unplanned production halts.PPM Schedule Adherence: Rate of completion for planned maintenance tasks on time.Safety Incidents: Zero workplace safety or environmental violations.
