ooking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong exposure in Interior Fit-Out, Heritage Buildings, Luxury Hotel, Villa, and Hospital Projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of all mechanical services including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP-related activities ensuring timely completion with quality and safety standards.

mplete mechanical execution activities for interior and construction projects.Supervise
HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Ventilation, and MEP installations at site.Coordinat
e with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, and interior teams for smooth project execution.Monitor s
ite progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Review me
chanical drawings, BOQ, specifications, and shop drawings.Manage ex
ecution activities for Heritage Buildings, Luxury Hotels, Villas, Hospitals, and Infrastructure Projects.Ensure co
mpliance with safety regulations and project standards.Conduct m
aterial planning, vendor coordination, and resource management.Attend cl
ient meetings and provide technical support during project execution.Prepare d
aily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.Resolve t
echnical issues and coordinate with cross-functional departments for project completion.Ensure pr
ojects are executed as per approved drawings, client requirements, and industry standards.Mandatory
