Role Description This full-time Mechanical/Electrical CAD Engineer role is based on-site in Pune City. The engineer will develop and modify 3D models and engineering drawings using Creo, ensuring compliance with mechanical and electrical design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with design and project teams, performing design reviews, and supporting the integration of mechanical and electrical components in automotive or industrial applications. The role involves checking drawings for accuracy, supporting inspection and quality teams with detailed documentation, and contributing to design optimization for manufacturability and maintenance. The engineer will also assist in resolving design-related issues on the shop floor and maintain organized CAD data, version control, and design records.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering and Automotive domain knowledge relevant to product design and development.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with hands-on experience in Creo and 3D/2D modeling and drafting.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance and Inspection skills to support reliability, quality checks, and design validation activities.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related discipline), with 3–4 years of experience in CAD-based engineering roles.
- Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with engineering standards, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and basic manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should have good communication skills, ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, and strong attention to detail.
- Candidates with experience in automotive systems, product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, and on-site client interaction will be preferred.
