Job Title: BIM Engineer (MEP)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer with experience in Data Center projects and large-scale international projects, particularly in the U.S. and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection, with hands-on experience in LOD 400 model development and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Create and manage LOD 400 models for MEP systems.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
- Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
- Support project teams throughout design, coordination, and construction phases.
- Prepare BIM deliverables, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.
- Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience working on Data Center projects.
- Experience delivering BIM projects for U.S. and Middle East mega projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and project workflows.
Required Skills
- Mandatory experience in preparing MEP shop drawings for construction projects.
- Expertise in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good knowledge of Revit family creation and modification.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BIM execution planning and project coordination.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards and best practices.
- Exposure to large-scale mission-critical facility projects, including Data Centers.
Experience
- BIM Engineer: 3+ Years
- Senior BIM Engineer / BIM Lead: 5+ Years
- Demonstrated experience in Data Center and international mega projects.
