Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with building codes and standards, collaborating with teams to execute building service strategies, and regularly conducting inspections to ensure all systems are installed and functioning efficiently.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
Min Experience: 3-6 years of experience in project execution (MEP)
• Experience in high-rise buildings and commercial projects
• Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and fire-fighting systems
• Ensure correct routing, sizing, slopes, and levels of piping systems
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
• Assist in project scheduling, manpower planning, and material management
• Coordinate with civil, and other service teams for seamless site execution
• Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and execution-related issues
