Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design activities for systems such as ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), RO (Reverse Osmosis), and MBR (Membrane Bioreactor).
- Handle design aspects of ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) projects specifically for ETP applications.
- Perform and review material selection based on process requirements and project specifications.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations.
- Select appropriate equipment and ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
- Obtain management approvals (MR approval) for designs and materials.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to gather required inputs and provide technical clarifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and cost considerations.
- Support procurement and project teams with technical inputs and vendor evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in mechanical design for ETP, RO, and MBR systems.
- Hands-on experience in ZLD projects for industrial effluent treatment (ETP-based).
- Expertise in material selection, equipment design, and engineering review.
- Proficiency in design software such as Solid Edge and SolidWorks.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
