Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our engineering department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing mechanical systems and products for electrical propulsion systems in different applications.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to structural, mechanical, thermal, and NVH design of electric powertrain systems.
- Conceptualize and create 2D/3D product designs and manufacturing drawings.
- Perform structural analysis, FEA, and thermal simulations to validate and optimize designs.
- Evaluate manufacturability and assembly feasibility (DFMA) for high-volume production.
- Support prototype development and testing to validate designs and identify improvements.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation: drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to achieve design goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in rapid prototyping, assembly, and testing.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks/CATIA/Creo).
- Exposure to simulation tools (FEA, CFD) is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about high-performance product design.
