Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer position based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing mechanical designs for hydraulic products. Daily tasks include creating product drawings using CAD software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy, optimizing designs for performance and cost, and assisting in testing and analysis of prototypes. The role requires close coordination with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Design Engineering and Machine Design
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Product Design
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems or manufacturing processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
