Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Hosur. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing automated machines, fixtures, and related components. Daily tasks will include creating technical designs, executing product design projects, performing mechanical analyses, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) tools to produce efficient and precise engineering models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet both functional and quality standards is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering, Machine Design, and Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Product Design and developing solutions for complex mechanical systems
- Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in mechanical design processes
- Good communication skills to collaborate across teams and discuss technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
- Prior experience in automation or manufacturing industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance protocols is preferred
