Experience: 5–10 Years
Role Summary:
Responsible for mechanical product design and development of complex systems, working closely with global teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Product design of machined, sheet metal, fabricated, and structural components
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack‑ups, DFM/DFX, materials & manufacturing processes
- Perform engineering analysis, hand calculations, and basic FEA
- Experience with CAD tools like UG NX, Creo, AutoCAD
- Exposure to semiconductor equipment or high‑precision manufacturing preferred
JD 2: FSC / Mechanical Design Engineer
Experience: 5–10 Years
Role Summary:
Individual contributor role focused on end‑to‑end mechanical design for new products, improvements, and retrofit programs.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- 3D modeling, detailing, and BOM creation using UG NX
- Mechanical calculations and component selection
- Experience with P&IDs and gas panel design
- Knowledge of NPD lifecycle, hydraulics, pneumatics preferred
- Coordinate with US and India‑based cross‑functional teams
JD 3: Mechanical Design Engineer – Cable Routing
Experience: 8–10 Years
Role Summary:
Design and development of 3D cable routing solutions for mechanical assemblies.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in cable routing using UG NX (preferred) and Creo
- Develop 3D routing models, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Troubleshoot routing and packaging issues
- Support engineering tests, tooling, and assembly processes
- Good communication skills to work with global stakeholders
JD 4: Mechanical Engineer – System Design (3–7 Years)
- Role Summary:
- Responsible for core mechanical design of semiconductor equipment and subsystems.
- Key Skills:
- UG NX, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), sheet‑metal & machined part design, tolerance stack‑up, material selection, DFM/DFA, basic structural & thermal FEA, PLM tools (Teamcenter/Windchill).
- JD 5: Mechanical Engineer – System Design (7–9 Years)
- Role Summary:
- Senior design role leading concept development, detailed design, validation, and cross‑functional coordination for semiconductor systems.
- Key Skills:
- Advanced UG NX, GD&T & tolerance engineering, sheet‑metal structures, SOM, material selection for vacuum/cleanroom environments, structural & thermal FEA, semiconductor fabrication process knowledge, technical mentoring.
- JD 6: MLO Engineer
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Role Summary:
- Focus on large assembly handling, routing, and engineering change management.
JD 7: New Product Manufacturing Engineer (NPME) – NX
Location: Bangalore
Experience Level: Intermediate
Education: BE/BTech – Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, or related field
Role Summary:
The NPME supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) by bridging design and manufacturing. The role focuses on manufacturability, BOM release, virtual builds, change management, and smooth transition of products from design to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support NPI activities, Phase Gate exits, and engineering changes (ECO/NSR)
- Release and manage Super BOMs and product structures
- Perform virtual builds (DMU) to identify manufacturability issues
- Provide DFx feedback during design reviews (DFM/DFA/DFTest)
- Develop OMS, master layouts, and build documentation
- Support tooling, suppliers, and managed builds
- Conduct PFMECA and drive manufacturing issue resolution
Key Skills:
- NX / Creo CAD tools
- Teamcenter (mandatory), ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
- DFx, BOM management, change control, virtual builds
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
