Role Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Chakan. The primary responsibilities include developing and optimizing mechanical product designs, creating 2D and 3D models using CAD software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet product design requirements. This role also involves conducting design analyses, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and troubleshooting mechanical design challenges during prototyping and testing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
- Experience in Machine Design and Product Design for industrial or consumer applications.
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and the ability to produce detailed technical drawings and models.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail in product development processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into functional designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations is preferred.
