Job Description:
We are working on the development of a vehicle platform and are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with basic experience and knowledge of the domain.
The candidate will be involved in 3D modeling, surface modeling, assemblies, and engineering drawings related to vehicle structure, chassis components, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
1.) 3D modelling including GSD & Part Design
2.) Assembly modeling and packaging studies
3.) Preparation of 2D drawings and manufacturing drawings
4.) Basic understanding of sheet metal and welded structures
5.) Support in vehicle layout, packaging, and structure design
6.) Coordination with engineering team for design changes and updates
Requirements:
1.) B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2.) 1–2 years of relevant experience
3.) Knowledge of Part Design, GSD, Assembly, Drafting
4.) Basic understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing
5.) Experience in automotive/chassis/sheet metal design is a plus
6.) This role is suitable for candidates who want hands-on experience in product development and vehicle design.
