Company Description
The Senior Mechanical BIM Modeler will lead mechanical BIM modeling and coordination for high-rise residential projects, with a primary focus on HVAC services. You will be responsible for developing detailed, coordinated Revit MEP models and shop drawings that are technically sound, constructible, and compliant with Indian and relevant international standards. Your work will directly contribute to reducing rework, improving coordination, and enabling cost-effective execution on site.
Role Description
- 3-10 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling for building projects, with at least 4+ years specifically on high-rise residential or mixed-use towers
- Strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP for mechanical services (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting) including LOD 300–400 modeling and family creation
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination (MEP-Architecture-Structure) and resolving clashes using Navisworks or similar tools
- Ability to develop coordinated shop drawings, sleeve/insert layouts, and detailed sections from BIM models as per Indian and international standards
- Good understanding of mechanical building services design concepts (duct sizing, pipe routing, equipment clearances, shaft planning) to model practically constructible solutions
- Experience working with consultants/PMCs for drawing submissions, revisions, and maintaining BIM execution standards and naming conventions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with design leads and site teams, and ability to independently handle assigned buildings/zones
- Willingness to work from Noida office on a full-time basis with occasional extended hours during key submission deadlines
- Very good communication skill required
