Role Description The Measurement Field Executive is a part-time, on-site role based in all Kerala. This role involves visiting customer locations to take accurate measurements for products or services, following company guidelines and using appropriate tools. The individual will document measurements clearly, share details with internal teams, and coordinate with sales or operations to ensure smooth order processing. Responsibilities include explaining measurement requirements to customers, answering basic product-related questions, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during all visits. The role also includes preparing daily reports, maintaining measurement records, and adhering to safety and quality standards while working in the field.
Qualifications
- Ability to take precise physical measurements using measuring tapes, tools, and templates, with strong attention to detail.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills to interpret layouts, dimensions, and simple technical instructions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to plan field visits, manage schedules, and submit reports on time.
- Comfort with on-site work, including traveling within your own district and working in varied customer environments.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones or tablets to record data, capture photos, and use simple apps or forms.
- Prior experience in field measurements, site visits, surveying, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while following company procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy and conduct.
