Role Description The Measurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for taking accurate site measurements for residential interior projects. You will visit customer locations, assess site conditions, and capture detailed dimensions and layouts using appropriate tools and digital applications. You will work closely with design and project teams to share measurement data, clarify site constraints, and support the creation of precise drawings and estimates. The role includes coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders for measurement appointments, documenting any site-related issues, and ensuring that data is recorded and updated in a timely manner. You will also support quality checks at various project stages to ensure that installations match approved measurements and specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong measurement and site assessment skills, including proficiency with measuring tools (e.g., laser measures, tapes) and basic understanding of architectural/technical drawings.
- Ability to use digital tools and applications for recording measurements, creating simple sketches, and updating project information accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers, designers, and project teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a methodical approach to documenting site conditions and constraints.
- Willingness to travel within city limits for site visits and work primarily in the field in varying site conditions.
- Prior experience in interior fit-outs, modular furniture, construction, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related discipline is an advantage; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
