Job Title: MEAN Stack Developer
Experience: 6 + Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled MEAN Stack Developer who can independently manage end-to-end application development. The ideal candidate should be strong in scalable API architecture, data modeling, responsive UI implementation (pixel-perfect), and AWS-based deployments. This role requires someone who can design, develop, secure, and deploy high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
Develop pixel-perfect responsive APIs and UI integrations aligned with product design.
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems.
Design robust and optimized data models using both MySQL and MongoDB.
Build secure RESTful APIs with proper authentication, authorization, and data validation.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
Handle complete ownership from requirement gathering to deployment.
Deploy and manage backend and frontend applications on AWS.
Implement best practices for security, performance tuning, and maintainability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve live applications.
· Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English are required, including the ability to prepare clear technical documentation and reports.
· Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor is required, along with the ability to write effective AI prompts to accelerate development, debugging, and optimization workflows.
· Implement and maintain backend and frontend security practices aligned with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements for data protection, privacy, and secure application development.
Technical Requirements
Core Skills
Strong expertise in Angular and UI frameworks.
Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js.
Experience building scalable and secure REST APIs.
Strong understanding of API design principles and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with:
MongoDB
MySQL
Experience with Angular for frontend development.
Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalability.
Cursor AI
AWS & Deployment
Experience deploying applications on AWS (Kubernetes, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, etc.).
CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
Environment configuration (Dev, Stage, Production).
Security & Best Practices
Experience implementing:
JWT / OAuth authentication
Role-based access control
Data encryption and security best practices
Knowledge of application security standards and secure coding practices.
Required Competencies
Ability to independently manage end-to-end development.
Strong system design and architecture skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and scalability.
Experience in handling multi-tenant or enterprise-grade applications (preferred).
Good communication and documentation skills.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with Redis or caching strategies.
Implement and maintain backend and frontend security practices aligned with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements for data protection, privacy, and secure application development
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Experience with load balancing and performance monitoring tools.
