What You'll Do: Find & Attract Top Talent: Hunt for the best candidates across different countries using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creative sourcing methods. Run a Killer Hiring Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment—from initial outreach to onboarding candidates. You'll screen, interview, and assess candidates like a pro. Be a Talent Matchmaker: Understand what both candidates and companies want, then make the perfect match. Client Success: Work closely with our clients, keeping them in the loop and ensuring they get top-notch candidates. Optimize & Improve: Bring fresh ideas to make our hiring process even faster, smoother, and more efficient. If there's a better way to do something, we wanna hear it. Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Help our clients see the value of hiring globally and breaking biases in recruitment. What We're Looking For: Recruiting Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of placing candidates successfully. Overseas Recruiting Experience: If you have experience hiring internationally, that would be a huge bonus. Fluent in English: You can hold professional conversations with clients and candidates confidently. Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Breezy, myInterview, Willo, etc. Proactive & Resourceful: You don't wait for things to happen—you make them happen. Strong Communication Skills: You know how to sell a role to a candidate and build rapport. Extreme Ownership: We're looking for someone who delivers and owns their work.
