Job Summary:
Provide technical guidance to functional area and partnering areas e.g. system, program, product or sales for internal, external or both. Collaborate with a customer and team (i.e internal and/or external) to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently. Implement and coordinate system policies and programs. Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications as necessary.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Design a range of simple to complex systems that using schematic design, product design, architectural models and/or prototyping
- Drive ongoing evaluations and troubleshooting to ensure effectiveness of solutions and recommends continuous improvements
- Responsible for detailed design and implementation for short and long-term solutions to support and /or develop existing and new systems in on prem and informatica MDM SaaS.
- Responsible for measuring and monitoring to ensure the quality of the overall work
- Implement and coordinate System policies and programs
- Master data validation and source comparison.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree preferred. IT Background.
Skills:
- Strong Experience on IDMC and MDM SaaS implementation product & MDM on Prem development (mandatory skill )
- CDI (Customer Data Integration)
- CAI (Customer Analytics Integration)

- 6 years direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Informatica MDM tool suite.
- Hands-on expertise required with Informatica tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director and Data Quality.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies and methods such as ETL, data replication, and data services.
- Experience with enterprise level data analysis and integration work and/or providing data focused systems integration solutions.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems.
- Strong business and/or technical background in the areas of Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration (ETL & SoA) and Data Security
- Provide expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing MDM solutions
- Perform high-level architectural planning, and proof-of-concept where necessary
- Hands on experience in developing Informatica Master data management tool & ETL
- Configure, Customize, and develop inbound / outbound data loads
- Build the data model on customer, Vendor/supplier, Product data master & Informatica MDM
- Develop solution outline, and support requirements gathering for MDM projects
- Interface with business and IT stakeholders to identify issues and develop solutions
- Develop MDM + ETL solution architecture and technical architecture
- Contribute to the analysis of data requirements, data integration, and perform data mapping
- Lead Design of the MDM application using MDM tools
- Configurations and Customizations to the MDM tool and web services
- Data mapping
- Function as the Design Authority in technical design reviews, Approve code reviews and technical deliverables
- Plan for development project estimates, scheduling and development reviews
- Assure architectural integrity in MDM solution
- Maintain compliance with change control, SDLC and development standards
- Develop and review implementation plans and contingency plans
- Partner with clients to gather necessary understanding of business objectives and processes, and provide clients with information about other relevant business factors
- Good presentation and communication skills required
- Good inter-personal skills and must be a team player
