Role Description The MDM Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting master data management activities across the organization’s digital ecosystem. The intern will assist in collecting, validating, cleaning, and maintaining data related to learners, courses, partners, and platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include updating data records in MDM and related systems, documenting data standards, performing basic data quality checks, and preparing reports or dashboards under guidance from senior team members. The intern will collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to help standardize data definitions, support integration projects, and contribute to improving data governance processes. This role offers exposure to EdTech, AI-powered learning solutions, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational data skills such as data collection, data cleaning, data validation, and basic data analysis.
- Candidates should possess technical familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, data management tools, and an understanding of master data management concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, process mapping, and creating clear data dictionaries or standards.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (current student or recent graduate) is beneficial.
- Exposure to AI, cloud technologies, or EdTech platforms, and interest in education and digital transformation are beneficial.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
