Job Requirements-
- Eager to contribute to MDM support initiatives with a keen interest in technical problem-solving and a solid grasp of the MDM skillset.
- Required experience – 0 – 2 years
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zoho, etc.) and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical and technical users.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP) and SQL databases.
Must Have Skills-
- Technical - Advanced SQL, Data Modelling, Schema Analysis
- Operational - Configuration Management, Workflow Design
- Behavioural - High-pressure resilience, Fast turnaround, Detail-oriented
- Knowledge - RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), MDM Tools
