About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect with deep expertise in Clinical/Life Sciences Data Architecture to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting cloud-based data platforms, designing scalable data pipelines, and implementing Reltio MDM solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for Clinical/Life Sciences projects.
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based data pipelines and modern data architectures.
- Lead solution design using Reltio MDM and other cloud-based MDM platforms.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements and translate them into robust architecture solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to review requirements and finalize technical designs.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, data quality, integration, and master data management.
- Support solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- 16–20 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
- Strong experience architecting Clinical/Life Sciences data projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM (preferred).
- Strong experience designing cloud-based data pipelines.
- Technical expertise in:
- Azure
- Snowflake
- Cloud MDM Solutions
- Reltio MDM
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, integration, and data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives.
- Strong solutioning and architecture review experience.
- Ability to mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
Success Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Data Architect with strong Clinical/Life Sciences domain expertise, capable of designing modern cloud-based data platforms and enterprise MDM solutions.
