We're looking for a Senior .NET MAUI Developer to join our desktop engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in .NET MAUI development, deep knowledge of Windows UI Automation on Windows 10/11, and proven ability to build custom, reusable UI components—such as advanced editors or input controls. Role Overview As a Senior .NET MAUI Developer, you'll play a key role in building cross-platform desktop applications that are performant, user-friendly, and deeply integrated with native Windows functionality. You'll work closely with product, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure a seamless and accessible user experience. This role requires hands-on experience with Windows UI Automation frameworks and APIs, as well as the ability to build custom components in .NET MAUI that go beyond standard UI. Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using .NET MAUI Implement and manage Windows UI Automation workflows for automated testing and accessibility Work directly with Windows 10/11 APIs for native functionality, automation, and system-level interactions Build and optimize custom MAUI components (e.g., advanced text editors and data-driven UI elements) Ensure high usability, accessibility, and performance across platforms Collaborate with product managers, QA, and designers to deliver high-impact features Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and internal documentation Required Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in software development with a focus on C#/.NET 3+ years of experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin (including MAUI migration) Strong hands-on experience with Windows UI Automation frameworks (e.g., FlaUI or custom Win32 automation) Deep understanding of Windows 10/11 system architecture and native API integration Experience with MVVM architecture, async programming, and dependency injection Proven experience building custom UI components in MAUI (e.g., rich text editors, complex controls) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile development practices
