Description
- They examine patients, review their medical history, diagnose illnesses or injuries, administer treatment, and counsel patients on their health and well-being.
- Conducting routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues.
- Giving appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall health.
- Conducting examinations to ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition.
Description
- Duties of a Physician include conducting check-ups, diagnosing diseases, prescribing medications, providing treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and staying updated with medical advancements.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients.
- Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Provide emergency care and manage inpatients when required.
- Collaborate with specialists and refer patients when necessary.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Participate in clinical audits and medical case discussions.
