Role Description The MD Dermatologist / Dermatologist / MBBS Cosmetologist at Cosderma Skin Clinic will provide comprehensive medical and aesthetic dermatology care to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, diagnosing and managing skin, hair, and nail disorders, and performing procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP therapy, minor surgeries, and injectables (e.g., Botox and fillers). The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, documenting clinical findings, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols, and coordinating follow-up care. The clinician will collaborate with other healthcare and aesthetic professionals, contribute to patient education, and stay updated on dermatology and cosmetology advances. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB/Diploma) or equivalent, and valid medical registration.
- Clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating common and complex dermatological conditions, including acne, pigmentation disorders, psoriasis, eczema, allergies, and hair loss.
- Hands-on skills in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures such as laser therapies, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, injectables (Botox and fillers), and basic dermatologic surgeries.
- Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment options, risks, and post-procedure care clearly and empathetically.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and maintaining current knowledge of dermatology and cosmetology innovations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage patient schedules efficiently.
- Attention to detail in clinical documentation, adherence to ethical standards, and strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting in Mumbai or similar urban environment
