<div><strong><br>ABOUT THIS ROLE</strong></div><div>The McMahan Group is a 47-year Allstate agency in Virginia Beach. We take care of thousands of households across Hampton Roads — and we're looking for someone who takes that seriously. </div><div>
<br>This role is built for someone who is genuinely good with people. You'll be a real point of contact for our customers — helping them understand their coverage, handling service needs, reviewing their policies at renewal, and being there when they have a problem. The customers who feel taken care of stay. That's the job. <br><br>
</div><div>There's also commission upside here. When you identify an opportunity to better protect a customer and they take it, you earn for that. We’re looking for someone relational who earns naturally through doing the service job well.<br><strong><br>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong>
</div><div>• Be the voice customers hear when they call — for payments, policy changes, coverage questions, and everything in between</div><div>• Review customers' coverage at renewal and make sure they're properly protected</div><div>• Spot natural opportunities to round out a customer's coverage and have that conversation</div><div>• Retain customers who are thinking about leaving — listen to what's going on and find a solution</div><div>• Keep accurate notes and follow-ups in our agency management system so nothing falls through the cracks</div><div>• Work alongside our outside sales team to support a smooth customer experience from quote to service<br><br><strong>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong>
</div><div>The right person for this role is someone customers feel good talking to. That's the foundation. Everything else we can teach.</div><div>• You're a natural communicator — warm, patient, and easy to trust</div><div>• You're organized and reliable — you follow through, log your work, and don't let things slip</div><div>• You stay calm when customers are frustrated and don't take it personally</div><div>• You're comfortable working in a small office where everyone knows what you're doing</div><div>• Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or any relationship-based role is a plus<br><strong><br>PAY & BENEFITS</strong>
</div><div>Base salary is $22/hr. ($45,760/year). On top of that, you earn commission when customers you serve add coverage, a monthly bonus tied to how well the agency retains its book, and a save bonus when a customer calls to cancel and you keep them. Solid performers in this role typically earn $55,000–$70,000 all in. <br><br>
