Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program
Schedule: PRN; requires availability for 1–2 Saturdays per month and 1–2 weekdays per week.

At McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, nursing is more than clinical tasks. It plays a direct role in healing, recovery, and restoring hope for individuals navigating substance use challenges. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is ready to bring both skill and compassion to a team that makes a real difference in the communities we serve.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Administer medications to clients in accordance with provider orders. 
  • Support new clients as they begin their recovery journey. 
  • Monitor and document vital signs as ordered.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records. 
  • Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and provider orders. 
  • Respond to program needs, including PPD testing and medical codes. 
  • Conduct chart audits and maintain proper medical inventory levels 
  • Support a safe, structured, and compassionate care environment.

What You Bring
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program 
  • Active North Carolina LPN license (or multistate compact license) 
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
  • Passion for supporting individuals in recovery
