Apprentice Aerodynamicist

We are looking for an Apprentice Aerodynamicist to join our team at the McLaren Technology Centre. As an Apprentice Aerodynamicist, you will be responsible for supporting the Aerodynamics department in the design and development of Formula 1 and road car programmes. This will involve using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to analyse and predict aerodynamic performance, as well as assisting in wind tunnel testing, data analysis and reporting. You will be expected to work closely with other engineering disciplines to optimise the aerodynamic performance of our race and road cars. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Aerodynamics, with a keen interest in motorsport and high-performance vehicles. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
